1. Information We Collect
Aura - Travel Curator stores your trip data (destination, dates, packing lists) locally on your device and, when iCloud is enabled, in your private iCloud account via CloudKit. We do not have access to this data.
If you consent to ad personalisation, Google AdMob may collect your advertising identifier (IDFA) to serve relevant ads.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your trip data is used solely to provide the core features of the app — creating trips, managing packing lists and syncing across your devices.
Ad data collected by Google AdMob is used to display relevant advertisements and is governed by Google's own privacy policy.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Google AdMob for advertising. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data subject to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
No other third-party analytics or tracking SDKs are included in this app.
4. Data Storage & iCloud Sync
Trip data is stored in SwiftData on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, data is synced via CloudKit to your private iCloud container. Apple's privacy practices apply to this data. We do not store any data on our own servers.
5. Ad Tracking & ATT
When you first open the app, you will be asked for permission to track via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, personalised ads will not be shown. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Tracking.
6. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
